Kafqa Academy is a performing arts academy offering courses under different categories like dance, music, singing and public speaking. It is one of the fastest growing Performing Arts Academy in India.

The Challenge: Kafqa Academy wanted to reach budding artists of the age 6 to 14. The target was to generate relevant leads for them, and rank their website in the top 2 pages of the search results.

The Solution: A growing brand like Kafqa Academy needed all hands on deck, and that’s what we did for them! We built a content strategy using a channel-wise approach for the various social media handles. With the help of targeted hashtags and current trends, we were able to bring more reach to our posts, thus leading more people on our page. We made the brand stand out from its many competitors. The pandemic was a hard time for Performing Arts Academies, and we helped create a sense of trust amongst the parents to opt for Kafqa’s online learning course.

As the goals changed, we changed our strategy to attain more organic leads by making our content more visible across channels with the right Call To Action. While the academy started growing organically, we added Paid Ads and Search Engine Optimization activities to the mix. With constant on-page and off-page activities, and a strong lead generation campaign, we were able to increase Kafqa’s growth exponentially.

They have a huge client base including organizations like Google, Microsoft, Coinbase, Autodesk, Yelp, and many more. With 16,000+ playing clients, Apollo is a market leader in the Sales Intelligence industry.

The Challenge: Apollo.io is well established in the US market as one of the Top Sales Intelligence platforms. Next in plan for them was to expand into the Indian Market. To do so, they wanted to hire top Indian talent from institutions like IIT and NIT, with an experience of working at top organizations like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, and many more.

The Solution: We helped Apollo build a social media presence in the Indian market in order to reach the Indian Tech Community. We also helped Apollo create relevant content across Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in order to grow the brand organically. The strategy behind the social media activities was to focus on Employer Branding and position Apollo as a great place to work. Our branding efforts also included blog writing, video editing, and online reputation management.

To reach the specific audience suggested by Apollo.io, we strategized and came up with a marketing mix that included Targeted Ads, Employer Branding and Brand Positioning through organic Social Media growth, Email Marketing and Blog Writing. Our Ads were highly targeted to the alumni of top tech institutions and ex-employees of the top tech companies. Different teams worked hand in hand to achieve the goal of reaching out to the right set of candidates that Apollo was looking for.

Flipkart is India’s leading e-commerce marketplace. Started in 2007, the company has grown from strength to strength and now boasts of a community of 100 million users and over 100K sellers.

Objective: Increase sales in fashion category

Our brand building strategies included primarily a thorough research of the segment and identifying key audiences we were so far missing to tap. We identified shoppers from Tier 2 & 3 cities to have potential spending power, a penchant for the latest fashion trends and an idyllic following of TV soap stars and film actors. We used social media real time data to identify the most popular stars in the fashion, makeup and jewellery segment and then collaborated with different production houses to give Flipkart exclusive rights to sell these fashion looks. With our graphic and web design services, we created look-alike collections based on popular TV serials and blockbuster Hindi movies to drive awareness and simultaneously rocket the sales.

KLF Nirmal is a leading virgin coconut oil brand in the country that produces 100% natural and chemical-free virgin coconut oil. Its natural properties make the product highly beneficial for health, hair and skin. Our brief was to introduce KLF Nirmal on social media to increase awareness and make it easily available to customers.

Objective: Increase brand exposure and broaden customer reach digitally.

We launched KLF Nirmal on social media in 2017. Our responsibility as their creative agency was to establish the brand as the best and purest form of VCO. We focused on highlighting the product benefits to create awareness and recall.

We were successful in creating a market digitally for KLF Nirmal. With a unique social media post design concept, monthly contests, influencer campaigns, multiple videos and engaging campaigns, KLF Nirmal progressed rapidly, with 49K+ followers on Facebook at present. Making optimum use of the benefits of video marketing, we were able to create a large base of followers on Instagram.

One of India’s foremost multi-business enterprises, ITC has a vast portfolio encompassing a range of businesses – foods, personal care, cigarettes and branded apparel, to name a few. With the launch of Sunfeast YiPPee! in 2010, ITC entered the instant noodles segment and we followed 5 years later.

Objective: Improve brand sentiment when the entire category was facing onslaught

We took over Yippee’s social media when the instant noodle market was in a pickle, with customer sentiment at an all-time low and lingering doubts about the product’s safety. Our social media strategy focused on putting out a strong message about the healthier aspects of instant noodles while promoting the different flavours available.

This was also the time when we started managing Yippee’s Online Reputation. Through careful social media monitoring and listening, we were able to quickly respond to queries and complaints and bring down negative sentiments.

Early in 2017, we were given the mandate to design Sunfeast Yippee’s website. As a creative web design company, we delivered an attractive, fun website that not only disseminated important information but also added to the user’s experience.
